Create a sales training curriculum to introduce fundamental sales topics to help transition learners into entry-level sales careers.

Project Liftoff Inc. seeked out an end to end curriculum for a 12 week sales program. The goal of the training program was to introduce sales topics that will equip the learners in the workplace. I created an initial pitch deck with the curriculum outline which included learning methods, assessment and content strategies.

Details

The content strategy was to scaffold and chunk the learning into bite sized modules to help learners engage in diverse ways in each topic over the 12 weeks. The assessment strategies included diagnostic quizzes and reflections, formative discussions and creative mind maps, along with summative assessments which included practical hands-on experience with Salesforce Trailhead modules and a case study which summarizes the learning of the entire curriculum.

The course was delivered through Google classroom, and was created using the Google Suite.
