As an Instructional Designer, I have a passion for creating effective and engaging learning experiences.

With 5 years of experience in the industry, I have developed a deep understanding of learning pedagogy, adult learning principles, and instructional design strategies. My approach to instructional design is collaborative and learner-centered.

I am experienced in developing a wide range of learning materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and multimedia resources. I am proficient in a variety of authoring tools, and I am comfortable working with various learning management systems (LMS) to create, deliver and evaluate training.
